Interesting point. Don't know the answer to that one. I think it would be morally dubious for them not to, but that's quite a different matter from legal liability.

If they can't be done for being accessories - and it's difficult to see how they could, as ultimate responsibility would lie with the page author who uploaded a font illegally - then perhaps there isn't enough of a driver.
