ggreig: (Crazy or smart?)

Given the current national prominence of my local MP (Sir Menzies Campbell) the BBC has provided an educational article on the subject of my favourite letter of the alphabet: yogh. (The Wikipedia article is also worth a look.)

Hopefully I will learn how to properly pronounce names with a yogh before the end of the Lib Dem leadership election. :-)

Excellent! I also support the return of the yogh for Mackenzies, too.
Perhaps Ming the Merciless will make it obligatory if he takes power?!!! ;-D

I'm hoping for a BBC 'Have Your Say' on the 'what to call the Mongos' column just to tell the world that he's been known as Ming the Merciless in St. Andrews for years. He did, at Soc Fayre one year, claim not to be fantastic enough to join SF&F Soc.

And he's now Chancellor of the University.
